The travel planning process

Step 1

Let’s talk! During a complimentary consultation, we will discuss your travel needs and wants. During this time, we can make sure we are the right fit for one another; this is, of course, the start of a beautiful travel partnership. Once we both commit to this collaborative journey, we will begin the framework.

Step 2

The design process is amazing. It’s the moment your ideas, wants, needs, desires, and bucket list truly come alive. We will present you with two to three itineraries. From this, we will narrow it down to revise and begin the perfection process. Once we have a beautifully designed itinerary, we will reserve it. This is when the excitement and anticipation begins! We will stay in touch as your travel date approaches.

Step 3

Then comes the day you set off onto your custom-made journey that was created just for you. While you’re away, we are still here, working behind the scenes to provide a seamless travel experience. When you get back, once you have had time to recoup, we will want to know all about your experience.
